It's beginning to feel a lot like Christmas! And once again I have no money....... I did not go to Vegas to help with CES this year. I am staying home to help train my team and get them ready to leave the nest. Hopefully I can have 1 if not 2 people move up to Operations Managers or Supervisors by this time next year if not sooner.

Rhian is doing very good these days. He had his tonsils and adnoids removed last month and he is breathing a lot better. His appetite has increased and he had gain weight. 2 lbs 4 oz in 4 weeks compared to 2 lbs in 6 months! His doctor was very pleased. He also had tubes placed in his ears to help with the drainage of fluid so that he would not have as many ear infections. Boy, he's a handful now!
