Well, I had a little visitor yesterday morning.  After I updated this page, I went outside on the patio to get my cards together so that I could begin cataloguing them.  There was a 3-4 foot snake out there.  We think it might have been in the closet that I am cleaning out and was trying to go back in.  Although I didn't see any rattles, the pest control guy said it was probably a rattler.  I have pictures and video of it's capture and will post later today.

Now, what's up with Willie bringing in Wagner in a non-save situation?  Didn't Wagner pitch Friday night?  No need to get any work in.  The Mets blow a 4-0 going into the top of the ninth and lose 5-4 in 11 innings.  Pedro's effort was wasted.  He could be 7-0 easily.  Hopefully the Mets will hit and Glavine will be on so that there will be no need to bring in the closer today.

Fantasy baseball is not going so well so far.  Today ends week 7, and I am at or near the bottom of all of my leagues.  Stars are not hitting.  Players that were hot are on the DL.  I have plenty of number producers, but they are just not producing.  I hope they can get it going soon, or I will bag the season and prepare for football.  Check out the poll if you get a chance.  LETS GO METS!
