Seeing that the holidays will soon be on us.
I going to monitor my weight for the month of November. I been working out but that in itself is not enough. We must also monitor or manage what we eat. All these super-size fast food is not helping us lose weight. Lately I been cutting the amount that I eat. I go by the area of my hand minus the fingers and thumb. That way I have an idea of how much of each thing I should eat. I also try to eat most things that are in the pyrmid of what we should eat daily. My biggest fault is that I don't usually eat a breakfast. During my workout on different days I try to hit a different muscle group after doing my cardio. Three days a week I try to hit the core with crunches, reverse crunches and crunches that hit the obliques. I also try doing them on a training ball, it hit the core in a different way. My weight today was 184 lbs after doing my workout. I will start monitoring my weight from 1 November till the end of month. Maybe I should also include December and January of 2008 because all the Holidays are in these months. And most Americans will put on more weight in these three months than the rest of the year.
