We went out for dinner at the "KiTi" Cafe/Bar/Restaurant tonight.  It is convenientl located about 2 doors down from our Hotel.  And, for those that are curious, we think the KiTi is just the name of the restaurant, not a menu item.  I had grilled duck breast, and susan had pineapple chicken fried rice.  They were AWESOME.  The above picture is how they served my Hanoi Spring Rolls: hanging on the side of a baby pineapple.  Nice presentation.  Excellent flavors.  We spent some time at the shops tonight.  there are all the asian knick knacks one would ever want to fill up one's china cabinet.  Anyway, we're calling it quits here for the night.  It's 8pm, but I'm wiped out, even after a nap.  Talk to you all very soon.
