Send them medicine; bandages, doctors and women to help nurse them back to some form of health.

Get the water and lights going,  building workers to rebuild. 

 Say you are sorry you got it wrong. You had to leave Vietnam, on the run; in Somali you waited for the news before you hit the beaches. You had had to leave, all because a few men had you on the run, few good men. 

I will not mention Grenada you got it very wrong in deed there stating  that you were rescuing US Citizens who had been held captive
