Ramen is Japanese soul food.Certainly it is similar with noodle with soup in other coutries.
But,ramen has a culture and history in Japan that have made cup noodle!

Never say that you like Japanese food without knowing and tasting ramen,I want to write.

Many kinds of noodles and many kinds of soups are coupled in every ramen shops in Japanan.

Especially,I want to introduce Mr.Kawahara. He got championship of ramen 3 times in popular TV program,and got a prize of 1st. Ramen-king in another TV program.
