Chateau de Limelette, outside Brussels, Belgium.

This hotel is nestled in the forest outside of Brussels, near a small town called Wavre. They speak mainly French, but their English is fine, and I could make myself understood. The staff are friendly and efficient. The room was well decorated, and the setting is stunning. After finishing my work in Leuven, I would arrive at the hotel, and sit in the gorgeous garden drinking tea, while the Blue tits, wrens, and other bird life frolicked in the stunning garden.
The meals were what you would expect from a hotel charging 145 Euro/night, and I used room service . They have wi-fi, (chargeable) and it was a slightly poorer signal in my room, than in the garden, but it was adequate.
I highly recommend this hotel, if you can afford 145, and if you can commute to your destination. Its remote setting means you will need to get a taxi, at least to Leuven, where a train service runs to Brussels.
