Missing Rewards May 25, 2007
Rewards updated.
So, after my stay at the Hilton, I realise I did not give them my rewards number for my stay. I tried to update it on-line, but of course, the form doesnt work correctly, so I cant. I sent an email, stating all the fields the form required, and... hey presto! a few hours later, I get a reply, and my account has been updated with my rewards, that was slightly impressive. This may sound like I am a Hilton fan, which I am not YET after my first stay at Birmingham Hilton.
These points/loyalty/reward schemes have a way of discouraging you as much as possible, from claiming missing rewards. Had a lot of trouble with the Air France/Lufthanse one, (miles and more) and the scheme for Air Canada ( AeroPlan ) is the WORST for trying to get your rewards after you have travelled.
