South West Trains to London, May 18, 2007
So my train company decides to cancel one of  THE most important trains,

7h49 going to London. Although the next one was scheduled for 8h02, just imagine how crowded it would be, IF there was a chance of getting on at all. ( Not really their fault, though - signal problems, apparently).

SURPRISE ! A "replacement train" materialised ! It even arrived at 7h48. Wow, so they DO care, sometimes. What they had done was stop another train bound for London that would normally pass through the station. It was crowded, but still, far far better than no train.

So, for once well done South West Trains!
