Dont you just hate it when Businesses have no respect for you, and especially your time? Here you can see how travel providers and Hotels treat Customers. Their names WILL be revealed to not protect the guilty involved.
My travel takes me around the UK, Europe, and occasionally further. It takes into account Taxis, Hotels, Airports, Airlines, etc. These providers of Service, I admit, are often subject to things beyond their control, like the weather, terrorist threats, etc. Things DO go wrong from time-to time, but what I want to highlight here is what they did when something went wrong, or after it went wrong, what they did to rectify it, how they communicated, and what I think they SHOULD have done.
Most of you reading this will have probably attended some sort of Customer Service training, but it seems many employees that provide services have not. I admit, though, most of the time, things do go right ! I am going to invent some sort of scale where you can see a percentage of whats gone right with my trips compared to what's gone wrong!
