My Children Jesica, Debbie, Jeff and Chris have been the fountain of my inspiration for good, healthy, creative food and culinary traditions. Sandie Tillotson have instill in me powerful work ethics and the love for creating Hawaiian, Italian, Country, and Japanise food.

I use in my dishes fresh, healthful ingredients unexpected combinations of spicy and sweet that caracterize the dishes my children and friends have been enjoying. But the key to this unique style is the love and passion for food that I feel for the last 27 years.

For my children I write this Blog as a guide to use marinades, sauces, rubs to create intensely flavorful food and to have fun giving a twist to classic dishes experimenting with varieties of ingredients they have in their pantry.
