En La Cucina is all about "Candi" in the kitchen .
More than 34 years ago chef Candi Ramirez moved from Peru to New York. Before she left she was fan of Peruvian food but as she ate her way through New York City she was blown away by the stunning to behold dishes that came out from the different types of cusine.
Chef Candi said "It was a dream for me to be around the best food in the world" that inspire her to learn the art of cooking baking and chocolate molding that later became the art work to share. Her love and pasion for cooking flow through her dishes. A gift to herself and for others.
"Candi" as she preffers to be called attended Suffolk Community College and Stony Brook University for Bio Medical Science field. she also train in different areas of culinary art in New York .
Since the summer of 1994 she has been the personal family chef to SandieTillotson and cooked for various celebrities.
traveled extensivily through the States and Hawaii as a Personal chef.
She is a contributing cooking instructor for non profit organizations |
