As John Lennon said in the song, "there are places I remember all my life, though some have changed....". This must apply to my memories of our family's homes during my childhood, and I'm sure these pictures will bring back some memories to everyone else. Uncle John and Aunt Anna's yard, with that great back door entry, Aunt Agnes and Uncle Jim's "new" house in Mineola, Uncle Jim's store in Roslyn, Steve and Helen's move to Pennsylvania, and all the rest. If anyone has any old pictures of family places they would like to share, please e-mail me and I will be happy to add them.
