Rental conditions for Gran Hytte at Talgje.

General conditions:

The tenant is to handle the cabin and equipment with care, so that no damage or unusual wear and tear will occur.

The tenant is responsible for paying for damage done to the cabin or equipment. Confer what is said under deposit.

 

Pets are not permitted inside the cabin.

 

It is not allowed to smoke inside the cabin.

 

Use of the boat and the outboard, as well as water and electricity, are included in the price. If the owner is to provide bed linen (except duvets and pillows), there will be an additional fee of NOK 100 pr. person.

 

The owner is responsible for final cleaning after departure.

 

Payment:

Payment is to be done to bank account provided by owner or business manager. Deposit is to be paid in cash.

 

Bookings arranged earlier than 30 days prior to arrival:

25 % of the amount is to be paid within 5 days after final confirming of the reservation. The remaining sum is due for payment 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.

There will be no refund by cancellation.

If the tenant decides to pay the whole sum at once, there will be a refund of 75 % if cancellation is done within 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.

 

Bookings done later than 30 days prior to arrival.

The whole amount is to be paid within 3 days after the confirmation of the booking. There will be no refunds by cancellation.

 

Deposit.
The cabin is to be left in the same condition as it was by arrival.

By arrival it will be taken a deposit of NOK 1500. Providing that the cabin and equipment is left in a satisfactorily and undamaged condition, the deposit will be repaid in full by departure.
