Biggs
Biggs is another AVALANCHE member that Cloud meets early on in the game. Although, he is not as good a fighter as Barret or Tifa, his hard work and dedication for the cause make him an important part of the group.
Wedge
Although a little on the roly-poly side, Wedge is a proud and honest member of AVANLANCHE, one of the three members that were intoduced to Cloud by Barret at the beginning of the game. Wedge tries to befriend Cloud, but is unable to accomplish such a difficult task.
Jesse
Jesse, the first female member of AVALANCHE that Cloud is introduced to, has a vast know-how about computers and electronic devices. It seems that she has a small crush on Cloud, or she just admires his cool-ness in the face of danger.
Marlene
Marlene Wallace is the young daughter of Barret Wallace, who takes care of her after the death of his wife in an accident several years back. Barret is extremely protective of this little girl, yet he has no choice but to leave her under the protection of someone else while he, along with the rest of the gang embark on their journey.
