You know what I love?

I love that I can play silly ICQ games with my beloved while he's at work.

I love that he remembered to leave me his extra cigarettes this morning so I wouldn't be climbing the walls by 6:30.

I love that my friend (another buddy for whom I have not yet created a cybername) dropped by unexpectedly to chat, and left me his new Cypress Hill (Skull & Bones) CD. Yipee! His visit totally cheered me up.

I so totally needed cheering, too. (You didn't actually think I'd write a whole entry without complaining about something, did you? I like to complain. Bite me.).

See, I would never ever say bite me like that if I were talking to you in person. But I think we all have a little part of us that goes "hurrah!" whenever somebody does say stuff like that. So I said it, and it was all for your benefit too. Aren't I selfless?

Anyway, I digress (oooh I hate it when other people say that!). I was in a royally negative mood after taking a trip to social services to beg. I will not bother with the details here. Suffice it to say that I have not been rejected, but I am royally annoyed because I have to go back there Monday to try this again. Argh. I hate leaving the house right now, especially by myself. I didn't want to have to go out again to that horrible place [/stomp_feet /whine /slam_door].

Okay I'm done now. Like I said, my visitor cheered me up so I don't feel like complaining anymore.

I also don't feel like talking anymore. But the day is young, so maybe I'll be back to add more later :) This is definitely one of those moments where I'd rather just enjoy the feeling than write about it.

You know what? I don't want to look trendy or anything but I really like it when other journallers/diarists include tibits like what they're reading, eating, listening to, etc. etc.... so I am jumping on the bandwagon and doing it too. I like to think I learn a lot just by reading those little tidbits, and maybe you think so too.
