| >>these are some of the buddhist gods, during the many wars of Cambodia people stole the heads of the statues and bartered them. nonetheless they are still worshipped daily. to the right you can see an old buddhist women wordhipping. A new silk scarf and some water lillies are put on the statues daily by the monks. the monks walk through the cities every morning taking offerings for the upkeeping of the temples. |
