This song transcribed by Jason Maynard and Steve Petrie for educational purposes.

This song is based in Gminor and uses the harmonic minor scale throught.  The chord progression alternates with D7 and thus some of the notes come from there.  The bridge is more of  a major idea to break away from the middle east for a few.  I believe Rick is using his Jerry Jones electric Sitar as seen on TV w/ the House of Bamboo song. 

This is a kick ass song that takes a while to learn if you aren't used to these scales.
