I am convinced. He killed someone. And that this murderer is a psychopath.

But it seems that he kinda killed himself too. He remembers the victim laughing, probably laughing at him, and got killed for it. But this murderer has gone insane and says :

You are not here (got killed)

You are laughing (that's why he got killed)

You are not here ( is he gloating?)

I am not here ( I think he's about to commit suicide)

It's a difficult song to interpret and a terribly noisy song at that. Nevertheless it's still a dir en grey song that has us confused.
