This is really a very direct song about breaking up, but maybe we'll look at what caused the break. It seems that Kyo has betrayed his loved one more than once (cannot bring myself to hurt you twice; who betrayed love too much). And this relationship might have been around for 3 years or so, very obvious from the song.
