I want to finish my new background by this weekend. I already have the character but I'm having trouble selecting a scene for the background. So far, nothing works but I hope to find one soon.

Saw a preview of GunGrave and all that I can say is that Trigun cannot compare to that. Maybe it was the gunfight or maybe it was the big-ass gun that the main character was using, but all that I know is that I have to get it when it comes out. I'll have to put it on my current "have-to-get" list, right next to Final Fantasy X-2 and more memory for my computer.

I've also been looking for remakes of old songs. It started will that "Careless Whispers" incident where I could not get it out of my head. So far, I got "Careless Whispers" by Montell Jordan, "Pretty Baby" by Laurin Hill, "Big Yellow Taxi" by Counting Crows and "Drift Away" by Uncle Kracker. I have others but their are some remakes that I'm not going to get like "Sweet Dream" by Marilyn Manson. That's a bit too freaky for me.

Gotta study for tomorrow's midterm. I understand the basic concepts but I'm worried that the problems will be a lot more difficult than what we did for the homework assignments.

I'm addicted to Yahoo's online dominoes. I love kicking newbie's asses or those big shots who think that they are all that. I don't know anyone at McGill who likes to play dominoes. Maybe that's a good thing. If you went to Champlain, you know why I'm saying this. But it doesn't hurt to play it once in a while.

I can't believe that the anime series Gun Grave is already licensed. It was just released this month in Japan. That anime series is suppose to be the next Trigun. I guess I'll have to wait until they start distributing it in North America next year to see it.

So far, this weekend has been very tiring. Yesterday, I spent most of the day helping my father moving my grandma's stuff to her new appartment. That's when I found out I weak I am. I soon as I got home, I was out like a light. When I woke up, every part of my body hurt. I need to start working out.

The only good thing out this weekend was the fact that I kick my older brother's ass in Soul Calibur 2. He rented it just to play against me but he lost interest when after I beat him 26 times. He only beat me 4 time (damn that knocking the opponent off the stage rule).

Just finished checking out my horoscope. I usually don't do that put I clicked on by accident (yahoo should not have the game link next to the horoscope link). After reading today's horoscope, I doubt that I'll ever believe it. It says that I might be thinking about fashion. Come on, why would be thinking about fashion? Sorry, but I'm too worried about my midterm to be thing about fashion. Anyways, fashion would be the last thing that I would be thinking about. I would prefer to think about other stuff like money and even more money.

I'm bored. Just finished my first class. Five minutes of new material and an hour and 25 minutes doing examples. Next time, I'm staying awake for the first half hour then sleep until class is over.

Downloaded SquareEnix's first anime series: Fullmetal Alchemist. It's about two brothers who deal with alchemy, the science of turning one substance into another substance like turning iron into gold. The plot isn't that clear. We don't know why the brothers are travelling across the land or what they are looking for, or why one of them is wearing a full suit of metal armor, but I expect them to give us more info in the second episode.

It's October and you know what that means: midterms. I have no idea what we're doing in 2 out of 4 of my classes but I expect to know them in two weeks. The first of my oh-so-dreadful midterms is this Tuesday. Time to do some hardcore studying... starting tomorrow.

The courses that I have this semester are pretty relaxed but I don't have as much computer time as I use to. The only class which I have that requires programming is my Compiler Design class but I spend most of the time reading the book so that I would get a clue on how to actually write the program. Well, at least it's better than taking hours debugging code just because I forgot to add a ";" to the end of a line.

There are times when I think to myself, "instead of wasting all of this time going to school, why not go for world domination". Well, it's easier said than done but it would be cool. Now that I think about it, what would I do if I took over the world? Well, I would be able to do anything I want but that would not be fun. It would be like having a big red button with the sign "push the button". You don't want to push it. If it had the sign "don't push the button," well, you know that you have to push it no matter what's the consequence. Well, the only thing that I could think of doing is punishing the people who wrote the final episode of Seinfeld.

They haven't released FFX-2 or FFXI in North America but SquareEnix has already started with their plans to create FFVII-2 and FFXII. Not only that, but they are also producing a FFVII-2 movie which is suppose to explain the events leading up to FFVII-2. I think that I should take the Japanese course at McGill so that I don't have to wait for the North American release of the games and movies.

It looks like the McGill Anime Club is still around. I doubt that it'll last for long seeing that no one wants to be president. I think that more people would join it if they called it the McGill Ecchi Club (don't ask me what ecchi means). After that, the club would consist of male computer nerds with T1 lines who are always home on Friday nights. That's a scary thought. And no, I would not be a member of that.

I feeling better. Right now, I'm at 99.78244% (I just can't reach 100%).

I have a tutorial today at 6:00pm. Most of the classes at McGill end at 6:00 but there's a lot that happens after that time. I usually don't stick around, but as of last semester, I've been finding out more and more stuff about McGill. Maybe I should create a new section on my site and call it McGill: After Dark. Maybe not. That sounds like a title of a porno. I would not be surprise if their are underground tapes of the same name.

I have to go to my morning class. It starts in 5 minutes. The best way to describe the class is that it's like S&M but without the fun. I'll finish this update later.

I'm sick. Started since Wednesday. I think that I got it from a guy who I'm working with on a project. He has the flu and he hasn't gotten any better. From now on, I'll contact him via email til he's better.
