Based upon the work of Thierry Lombry and the ngc-ic2000 XLS spreadsheet
found at http://www.astrosurf.com/lombry/download.htm
The following is a 'Candidates' file containing NGC objects of type Gx for
NGC 1 to 7840. Note this Candidates file contains fixes and updates to
Thierry's work, Excel can not represent "-0" in a cell, kinda goofed
all declinations of -00 XX XX. The candidates is fixed up to NGC 1719.
