Here a a DIY guide scope mount for using an etx90
on a 10inch lx200.

Only common parts and handtools, including a small benchtop
drillpress are required.

Lumber used is 3/4inch many layer birch plywood
Track lighting rails cut to 20inch length (internals removed)
1 1/2 x 1/8 inch wide aluminium strap
4 - 5/16x1 inch hex head bolts with 1/4x1 1/4 inch fender washers
drilled out to 5/16 are used and slid into the lighting rails to form
thrust surface.

Polyethelene sheeting is used as bearing surface between the upper/lower board.

"Azimuth" adjustment is provided for up to +/- 2 degrees from center line.









Ignore the dent in front cover, the cover took a spill one day :(
Notice the bolts and fender washers inside the lighting rails.
