| As a list owner and a writer I do not like rules being imposed on writing sites. It seems they cannot be avoided due to a selected few who like to darken everyone else's doorstep. Having witnessed this first hand I know what damage it can cause to writing groups. Therefore I do have to lay down some simple but easy ground rules. Please remember these simple guidelines to keep this a healthy, progressive, and growing site. List Owner; Lynn Rexroat 1) There is absolutely no plagerism allowed on the BeginningWriter. There is nothing worse than someone stealing another writer's work. 2) Badgering is not allowed. If you can give constructive criticism then that is great. If you want to tell someone they don't stand a chance at being a published writer or keep picking on the same writer you need to join a differant site. 3) Be curtious to the other writer's even if you don't share the beliefs they may have. You don't have to agree with them, just don't start a war over it. 4) If you have any problems with any member's on this list please direct it to me at [email protected]. Sometimes things come out the wrong way when people are from two differant places. 5) If these rules are broken you will be warned once. If they are broken again then you will be banned from the site. |
