Lisa Boston Frye

 

SOUTH BERWICK, MAINE — Lisa Boston Frye, 45, of 207 Boyd's Corner Road, died Friday, June 29, 2001, at York Hospital following a brief illness.

 

Born in Portsmouth, February 8, 1956, she was the daughter of Quentin R. and Virginia (Beem) Boston. She was a resident of South Berwick for most of her life.

 

Lisa was a graduate of Marshwood High School, class of 1974, and attended the College of Lifelong Learning at the University of New Hampshire. She worked for Developmental Services for six years and for the past four years has been an operator employed by Verizon at its Dover operations facility.  She was a member of the Rollinsford American Legion Post Auxiliary and was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 2320, AFL-CIO.  Her loving and outgoing spirit yielded her many wonderful friends throughout her life.

 

Family members include her husband of seven years, Russell H. "Rusty" Frye Jr., of South Berwick; her parents of Lady Lake, Fla.; two daughters, Wendy R. Fanta of Charlotte, N.C., and Meagan L. Tribunella of South Berwick; one son, Russell H. Frye III, of South Berwick; three sisters including her twin sister, Lynn M. Boston of Winthrop, Mass., Rhonda J. Mandato of Dover, and Pamela A. Wright of Norfolk, Va.; one brother, Christopher J. Boston of Renssalaer,  N.Y.; one granddaughter, Rebecca E. Fanta of Charlotte; an aunt, uncle, and numerous nieces and nephews.   She was predeceased by a brother, David Q. Boston, in 1981.

Relatives and friends are invited to call from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Monday at McIntire-McCooey Funeral Home, 301 Main St. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the funeral home with the Rev. Donna Lee Muise, pastor of the First Parish Federated Church officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, South Berwick.
