Lisa
is a happy child and has a close and loving relationship with her sisters and
her parents. (at this time) She is popular at school, a curious
student and a leader. She is busy
with activities such as games with neighborhood children: kickball, baseball,
tag, the blood of guts.
Bike-riding, playing with baby dolls and Barbies occupy her time
also. Lisa loves visiting her
cousin’s farm in Barrington where she learns to role play, imagine other
lifeforms, and becomes curious about the world around her. She loves to read.
She
is an identical twin and is confident as long as the other twin is present or
close by. They are pretty much
inseparable. Lisa’s identity
is interwoven with her twin sister’s.
This
dress I am wearing (is it me?) is one of a pair of non-identical dresses that
my sister insisted that my mother purchase. I cried when we had to wear them the first time because we
weren’t twin like. My sister
was happy to break the mold.
I’ve really never forgiven her for that.
