HANDY HINTS for Photos on Fabric
1. muslin {any color} works well, the lighter the color, the less dye it has so it will soak up the printer ink more.
2. freezer paper is an easy backing, just iron fabric to shiny side and cut into 8 1/2 by 11 (paper size)
3. a little starch helps
4. so does ironing one last time right before printing, the goal is to have the printer treat the fabric as paper.
5. If making a lot of paper at a time, store under something heavy to keep it straight.
6. Anything you can get onto a computer screen and print can go onto fabric |
