Goku transformed into a super saiyan one in episode 80 of the Freeza Saga. After Freeza blew Crillien up Gokus grew angry. His power started to increase slowly. Finally transforming into a super saiyan. Do to the lost of his friends and the hate he held twords Freeza.Where he surpassed Freeza in power.Freeza went summoned his full power and Goku started to loose.But then his saiyan power still once again surpassed Freeza and was able to kill Freeza.As a super saiyan one Goku seems to be the most powerfulest.Even though he reaches a level four.Such in Freeza Saga he can stop a massive energy ball Freeza threw at him but he ca't stop one that Kid Buu threw at him, which is even smaller.And he is a super saiyan four when he goes up against Kid Buu. |

Goku became a super saiyan three while training on Grand Kais Planet for the last seven years.The first time he transformed on Earth is in the episode 230 of the Buu Saga while fighting Buu.Unlike all the other super saiyan levels; super saiyan three is the only super saiyan level that has a time limit.Mainly on planet Earth.Where Goku can only fight for a short time, because he gets tired quickly and he loses energy faster.Unlike the other super saiyan levels.His power as level three can be felt all over other world |

Goku became a super saiyan four with the help of Kabeto Kai and Old Kai. For he would be powerful enought to kill Baby.In order to become a level four he had to grow his tail back.In order to grow it back he had to train.Kabeto and Old Kai took Goku to other world to get his tail to grow.Which was very painful unlike when he was a boy when grew back on its own.After his tail grew back he headed out to face Baby on Babys planet.While almost being destroyed by Baby.Baby thew him into to the ground.As he lied their he staired at the earth thinking of past memories.But the earth gave off waves which you can usually get just from the moon. Goku was able to use the earths waves like he would the earth by looking at it. As he looked at it he started to trasform into a gian ape.Lost all sense of him self.Do to his graunddaughter Pan getting threw to him he was able to gain control of his powers and make sense what was happening.Do to that he transformed into a super saiyan 4.Was able to destroy Baby and save the earth. |

| Vegeta became a super saiyan two in the Cell Games Saga.By going into the hyper bolic time chamber a second time right before the Cell Games started.Just in case he had to face off against Cell in the Cell Games.Unknowingly though Future Trunks surpassed him in power.While training in the chamber he was hoping to surpass Goku. |

| Vegeta was transformed into a super saiyan four in DragonBall GT in the Shenron Saga.But it wasn't a permanit transformation; unlike Goku.Bulma used the same advice she used to turn Baby into a giant ape to transform Vegeta just for a certain amount of time to help Goku kill Evil Shenron. Since Vegeta wasn't a super saiyan four or did he have a tail to become one.Also since Vegeta never made it to a super saiyan level three. Which made him equal to Goku in power for the first time when Bulma transformed him into a super saiyan four. |
