The proposed site for my thesis project is located on the private property of the Grand Séminaire de Montreal located on the North side of Sherbrooke between Atwater and Guy Street. The West part of the property is currently split 50/50 between parking and green space. I am exploring the idea of located my building around the bassin (approximately 116m in length) located on the site that runs parallel to Sherbrooke Street.
