Renovations to seven floors for the Computer and Electrical Engineering Departments of the École Polytechnique de Montréal, for the University of Montreal, and for the H.E.C. Work included construction of new server room, computer labs and administrative offices. Renovations for the relocation of UNESCO, as well as renovating the security station, making stairs meet Building Code, and adding sprinkler fire protection and a new emergency generator.
Preparing tender packages, inviting sub-contractors, analysing bids, attending project meetings and preparing minutes of meetings, and coordinating shop drawings, requests for changes, directives, change orders, and follow-up with sub-contractors.
