I have been lucky enough to visit many wonderful places already in the world. I have been to both the United States and Canada twice through opportunities that I had from studying music during high school. I have also visited our neighbour, Indonesia, several times, as my father lives there.
However there is nothing quite like the beautiful scenery and magical places in our own country, Australia. It is a shame that too many of us seem to rush off overseas at the first available chance without even seeing what this country has to offer.
There are so many incredible places to visit within Australia, so many that are special for their isolation and ruggedness and anonimity. If you are thinking of a holiday, there is no place quite like home. |
