I am currently studying at the School of Resources, Environment and Society at the Australian Naitonal University, Canberra, to gain honours in Science. I have a strong interest in the environment, in understanding it with the aim of better protecting it. The vegetation of Australia is my primary interest, and I love to learn about native Australian plants and their ecology. I have a intense dislike of weeds and believe that public education is vital in weed control and eradication. My interest in plants is not just restricted to my study and career... on any weekend I am keen to be out in the bush appreciating our interesting environment.
