| I brought Mowgli home from the Solano County Animal Shelter in November of 1999. I had to put my other cat of 14 years, Herfy, down and my other cat Maggie missed having someone around. I went into the shelter with a picture of a black cat, but after petting them, I didn't get much response. But when I petted Mowgli, then walked away, she meowed for more. She's quite a handful, but I wouldn't have it any other way! She's posing here with her first toy. | ||||||||||||||||
