The night was still and stars were bright
While radiating off a brillant light
My eyes were fixed in such a daze
For such a wonder I was amazed
The images there were such a sight
On such a calm and lovely night
The colors were of red ,blue, and green
No lovelier sight have I ever seen
I found myself falling deep
Into a peaceful quiet sleep
I knew that the night would always be
Watching so closely over me
As I took my last look to the sky
I reached up and waved good bye
I closed my eyes to turn out the light
Of yet another wonderful night
