Record
high temperatures were set in early September, a
scorching 107ºF on September 1st and 109ºF on the 4th!
Ouch! We all felt the heat at the ceremony. And to our
guests, we would like to apologize for making you endure
any discomfort. Thanks very much to Reverend Sherman for
making the ceremony both lovely and breif so we could
hustle into the Conservatory to enjoy the air-conditioning!

The reception was held at the
Conservatory on the grounds of the Gardens of Bammel
Lane. The menu featured finger
foods including buffalo wings, mini quiche, stuffed
jalapenos, dips, veggie trays and such. The wedding and
Groom's cakes were prepared by Cakes by Jackie. The
wedding cake was a small three tier Strawberry Cream cake,
and the Groom's was a Chocolate Raspberry Fudge. Both
were delicious!

Thank you so much for being a
part of our special day. It meant so much to us
to have so many friends and family join us. It was
wonderful to see those who traveled
from out of state to be with us--it truly meant a lot.
Thank you all
for your kindness and generousity!!!
