I first came to know of this band from an article in The Star Newspapers.

One day, I stumbled upon their album accidentally in Rock Coner - in The Curve. Quickly I bought the album despite having downloaded their sample mp3s from their website. Why?? Firstly, it is a damn good album. Secondly, it is at a reasonble price of RM25.90. And thirdly, if we don't support our own local scene, nobody else would.

I can assure u the production of this album is of good quality. Nothing short of international standards. The album should appeal to both rock and commercial pop listerners, I guess.

The concept of the album is simple & catchy melodies that u can sing along.

My favourites are

Track 8 - Time Well Spent (I luv this song the most!! Latin-flavoured, acoustic guitar, bravo!!! The feeling is like listening to a beautiful song in a classy hotel lounge. Sweet and peaceful!)

Track 4 -Tomorrow's Yesterday (Lots of guitar melodies, fast paced)

Track 7 - Great New Life (More melodic guitar tunes. Sing along the chorus, guys!!)

Track 5 - Waking Life ( I like the intro of this song the most!)

Track 3 - Never Loney (a song that Amitabh wrote for the girl who is now his wife)

Track 2 -Songs That Won't Sell ( That's what he believes. At least, I don't think so. All Malaysians please prove him wrong!!)

Don't get cheated by the title of the album - Songs That Won't Sell. It may lead u into thinking his songs are terrible. However, quite the opposite. The songs are superb.

It's hard to come by good Malaysian bands. This gotta be one of the best Malaysian album that I ever have. A well-crafted album for Year 2005. What are u waiting for? Go & get their album now! Let's support our local music scene!
