How did I come to know of Pru, u might ask? They were nominees for Thailand's Favourite Music Artist in MTV Asia Awards. I swiftly grabbed Pru's album once I reached Haadyai during a company trip, knowing that I would never get it in Malaysia. And it's all well worth the effort. The CD album comes with a music video VCD. Opening our heart to Pru's type of music is first track entitled "Nang Fah". Beating up the tempo next is "Leuk Bab Nai" which could be regarded as the most alternative song in the entire album, coming close to underground rock stuff. Another of my favourite tracks is "Pru", a very touching song (although I didn''t understand Thai language, I was touched by the melodies in the song). True enough as admitted by Noi that he didn't like fast songs, there were not many fast songs here. Other oustanding songs that, though a bit slow, but nevertheless amazes me are "Took Sing", "Romeo & Juliet","Kae" and "Ruk Ter Jon Job Chewit". This is surely a Thai rock band worth checking out. Kudos!
