A boy with green hair is out on the prey. He takes down a men running with his pendulum,  a man gambling with his crystal pendant by cutting hte table with the wire and lastly a man running (escaping??) envolving him with his wire in a baseball camp. He wants stronger opponents

 

Lyserg is now sitting on a bench, reading a novel (maybe a Sherlock Holmes novel?)

Sharon (Shalona??) and her group see him from across the street hiding from behind a bush. They   decide to take on the boy with green hair. They want to convince him to join them by showing him they are strong, (ha!! while Sharon explains the plan to the group, Sally stands up, Lyserg sees her and waves her across the street ^--^ she waves back as Sharon keeps explaining) and then they throw Millie out to him. She falls down and he helps her up. She blushes as she thinks he's handome "Now that I'm close, I see that he's very handsome...", but soon her friends have surrounded him. Their attack is nothing to Lyserg and he breaks their hold and refuses them. Sharon and the others run away mad (I love to see this!!!), but Millie goes up to him  and tells him that she knows of strong Shamans.

 

Ren heads over to the library to research Patch Village (he makes a girl to co all the work, and he just presses enter X_X) but even with the Tao resources (O_o?? I think they don't exist!), there is still no trace of Patch Village. Yoh isn’t discouraged and wants to go on (as usual). Ryu runs away excited with the idea.

 

Lyserg seeks out the one that Millie spoke of with his Dowsing. He sees Ryu from a distance and introduces himself as Lyserg Diethel. He then asks Ryu to be his companion. Ryu is really confused and asks if he's one of the strong shaman's that made it to the second phase and he says he's weak (O__o) He shows him his pendant with Morphin. His special skill is dowsing, a technique which people use pendulums or metal to detect objects. Ryu smiles and thinks Lyserg is cute (HE says it!!! "How CUTE!). He tells him to follow him and takes him to Yoh, all the while thinking Lyserg is a girl. Horo Horo is not impressed with Lyserg and breaks it to Ryu that Lyserg is a boy. Ryu takes him to another room and then from inside he shouts out loud "THAT'S TRUE!!!" then he comes out embarrassed and admits his mistake… Horo-horo and Ren are against the idea because they don't believe in Lysergs words... that makes him mad.

 

Suddenly Lyserg attacks, ready to show his true self. Horo Horo accuses him or trying to destroy his rivals. Lyserg tells him that he’s wrong. He only wants strong companions. Eight years ago in London, he's shown living happily with his parents, and always practicing the dowsing. Another day he comes in and sees his house burned down. Hao in the burning house telling him that if they (his parents) had only listened to him. Lyserg explains that Hao killed his family, but must seek revenge. He attacks again with Homing Pendulum and Horo Horo Oversouls. Ren is tired of this and attempts to destroy the pendulum, but is defeated by Lyserg's wire. Yoh walks over to the two lying on the ground. He tells the kid to move out of his way. He needs to take Ren and Horo Horo to a hospital. Lyserg gets mad and attacks Yoh from behind, but Yoh shatters his pendulum with just one hit.

 

Lyserg is amazed that Yoh defeated him so easily, but Yoh isn’t about to play. Yoh informs him that he doesn’t want friends that hurt his friends. He and Ryu then help Ren and Horo Horo away. Lyserg is still throwing a fit and gets out his father’s crystal pendulum. He demands that Yoh fight him. Yoh tells him that fighting would be pointless. Lyserg then jumps and does Big Ben Wire Frame, creating a shield and weapon in the shape of Big Ben with all of his spiritual power. Yoh looks up and asks who he is really fighting. While he truns back, Lyserg can see Hao's face on Yoh's. That makes him confused enough to be defeated. Yoh Oversouls with Amidamaru and destroys Lyserg’s Oversoul. After the fight, Yoh tells him that in his heart, he was fighting an enemy that wasn’t happened. Lyserg is on the ground, crying and shouting why can't they understand he needs friends. Yoh punches him for using his friends for his own selfishness. He then invites Lyserg to join them as they take Ren and Horo Horo to the hospital, then, as he says, he will listen. Lyserg runs then happily after his new....friends?
