Bullies target a child and then every single day in school and on line they are emotionally, verbally, and physically abusing that child.
They spread rumors and get other children to hate that child and they tell the child to kill herself or himself. And the child deals with this every minute of every day.
And you may not even know that it is happening to your own child.
Suicide and preteens & teenagers is on the rise!
Bullying is not something that all children do.
Only certain children and adults do this.
Bullying is a sign of abuse and when children and adults act out in this way it means that there are some serious problems going on in their personal lives.
We cannot let another child die because it's easier to live in denial or think that it is someone else's problem. School shootings like the Columbine tragedy makes it every one's problem.
