Updates on my health

9/15/03 Hi everybody! Sorry it took me so long to write back! I missed you all! Well, just to update you on what's been going on with me. First of all, at my last eye appointment in August the doctor discovered that I had mild lazy eye in my left eye. So now my mommy has to patch my right eye every day for about 2 hours. I will be going back to the eye doctor again next week (9/23) to get a more thorough check-up. I'll let you know what happens next week.
I passed my hearing test with flying colors today! Some preemies have problems with their hearing, but thankfully I am A okay! I have been eating tons and tons these days and I am getting very heavy. My mommy has problems with her back and arms because of me...but she's so happy that I'm getting chunky! I don't know how much I weigh right now, but I should find out next month at my doctor's visit. All I know is that people don't think I look like a preemie because I'm so big! (especially my cheeks!) I have 8 big teeth (as you can see in my pictures). I LOVE biting things...anything! Sometimes I like to bite my mom's shoulder. She screams real loud for some reason. She must really like when I do that. : )
I am cruising around on furniture and I love pulling myself up to stand. I am crawling all over the house. My daddy says that every room I'm in seems like a tornado has gone through it. I guess that means I'm a little messy. I'm enjoying each day and I'm learning new things all the time. Thanks for checking up on me! God bless you!
