I've been racing regularly in triathlon and running events since roughly '95. Now I do something like 10-15 running events and 5-10 tri's each year. Here are some nifty photos and factoids from my recent racing.
A few recent PRs: 5K - 17:15 (3rd overall) in 2001, 10K - 36:25 (2nd overall) in 2001, Half-Marathon - 1:23:36 in 2002, and Marathon is 3:13:16 at the Vancover Marathon in 2001. Triathlon times are harder to compare - broke 5 hours at Vineman half this year, and my ironman time (only done one) is 11:33 or something like that... |

The exciting start to the Alcatraz Triathlon. The swim starts of tri's are always fun - especially when its from a boat. |

The swim of the SF Treasure Island Olympic distance triathlon. I was 13th out of 75 in the swim... |

Typical triathlon swim start - scary and physical. This is Wildflower long course and I'm somewhere in there... |
