3. 20/7/05, Opiates are good medicine but addictivness should be avoided. It has many curitive strengths. Support pro-marijuana legislation in California. That is the forfront of the medical marijuana movement. Soma, a non addictive opiate is pictured as a blue tide.
4. 16/8/05, Heroin addicts are usually very sane people. Opiates therefore are the antidote to the schizophenic disorder. They calm the patient and a overall improvement can be seen. The medical community has not endorsed this treatment prefering to alter the brain chemistry to treat just the symptoms and not the cause. There are some improvments with the medications although. The addictiveness is one reason they have not endorsed opiates for patients.
