It's about you, so add anything you want anyone/everyone to be able to read/see. If there's something you only want to reveal during/after roleplaying, simply don't put it on here. You could even find a graphic that looks nice tiled for the background. :) Or even different ones depicting you. Your imagination (and Lyana's HTML skills) is the limit!
