One
day, while basking in the golden warmth of their friendship,
Bob popped the question which had been troubling him:
"Hello
Mr Orange, if you have the power to light up and feed the
world with your golden glory, surely you must be able to help
me..."
The
sun stared back readily at him with paternal silence.
Bob
continued, "So would you please grant me the one thing that
will make me so happy? After which, I will desire no more
in this life."
The
sun continued glowing with warm reassurance.
From
the highest point on the fruit tree, Bob stepped off. And
for those few seconds, he felt the wind rush against him and
his wings fluttering wildly, and he was the happiest fly in
the world.
