Charter - we are responsible for Lake Wildwood's Long Range Plan, Community Improvement Plan and Land and Facility Use Inventory. These elements plus other information are consolidated into the LWA Master Plan . The plan is updated for Board of Directors review and adoption annually.
We also review, assess and develop proposals for capital improvements and business opportunities designed to enhance the physical, environmental and social qualities of Lake Wildwood amenities.
Meeting Times - first Tuesday of each month at 3pm in the Dogwood Meeting Room at the Community Center. Meetings are open to all LWA members.
