The speed boats especially on weekends can be ill-mannered- they come too close and cause very choppy conditions. They often ignore the "no wake" zone rule of no wake!

2.

Would like LWW storage or easier access

3.

would like to have storage available near or at the lake

4.

I haven't had it in the water in over 4 years.

5.

There are sufficient kayak/canoe launching areas within Lake Wildwood

6.

remove 21 ft length restriction for rowboats and kayaks, even pontoon boats are allowed 24 ft

7.

We would appreciate it if security would enforce the sunset speed law. So we could enjoy a few minutes of smmoth water before dark.

8.

I have a FunCat, someting like a double kayak.

9.

None

10.

Need better launch areas. Power boats dominate most of the lake, especially on weekends when it's hazardous to go into the main body of the lake.

11.

Better enforcement of speed limits in the no wake zones on the lake.

12.

don't own any but couldn't bypass these questions

13.

Need lakeside kayak storage facilities.

14.

Three Kayaks will be moved to our residence, when and if our son sells his house on the Creek. We use these kayaks now and then...and then restack, cover, tie them, after usage...and store life jackets, oars, etc. at son's house on Lake Wildwood Dr...until it sells. We will then remove all kayaks and related equipment to our house on Driftwood Court, to store on our non-lakeside property.

15.

would like to see kayak stands in parks for permanant or seasonal storage so everyone can enjoy the activity...not just those who own property on the lake.

17.

I think it would be nice to have a kayak storage area.

18.

A storage area for canoes/kayaks for the summer months, in one or more of the parks would be nice.

19.

20.

I bought my kayak to use here and store it in my garage.

21.

It would be great to have a place to store these types of "boats". Something similar to Meadow but focused on kayaks, canoes etc. and easily able to put into the water.

22.

get the fing power boats(not party boats)off the lake

23.

I wish they had storage for kayaks, they are very heavy and we have to carry them some distance

24.

Speed boats should be more aware of kayaks especially creating wakes.

25.

Kayak storage by the lake is not a big deal for us.

26.

If you own a canoe don't cross the lake in summer

27.

See previous page under Parks. I did not realize that another space would be available for my comments.

28.

Would like storage space on the lake for kayaks for those of us with non lake front property - enough to satisfy all needs - unlike the small marina.

29.

Portage from Hideaway park is great.

30.

need launch area @ Commodore.

31.

There is an idea of having lakefront storage for canoes and kayaks. Think this is a great idea, as long as the price is not out of the question. The best launch area is at Vista, it needs to be protected and possibly expanded.

32.

Please see comment further down regarding buoys.

33.

We have 2 hydrobikes.

34.

I . I would like to have lakeside Kayak storage facilities for more frequent Lake useage.

35.

Need kayak launch and storage on Main Gate side of the lake

36.

It would be great to have a boat storage facility for kayak, canoe, rowing shells...where people could rent space monthly similar to the boat storage. commodore park would be the best location.

37.

We would like to have a storage rack available at one of the beaches. LWW could charge a minimal fee for owners to store their canoe/kayak near one of the beaches. Also, it would be nice if canoes/kayaks were available to rent. It seems that they would get much more use and generate more income than the paddle boats.

38.

Hideaway park would be a great place to have summer canoe or kayak rentals.

39.

I suggest that some or at least one of the parks should have a low (4" to 6" above water) dock for use by canoeists, kayakers and other small boats. I also suggest that the association consider adding lockable and secure rack storage for kayaks, canoes, and small rowing craft at one of the parks, preferably Meadow Park.

40.

local lakes w/ the welcome wagon paddlers

41.

Would love to have secure kayak storage at the beach.

42.

More storage lakeside for canoe/kayaks so we can use the lake more, without the hassle of loading canoe on the car everytime.

43.

Would like to have kayak storage at Vista Park.

44.

It would be nice to have a couple of designated launch sites (maybe where the green belts are)!

45.

please continue with control measures to reduce algae and weeds

46.

A canoe storage rack would add to the use of the lake and require little additional space requirement compared to motorized boats.

47.

While kayaking or canoeing my safety has been threatened by speeding boats. One boat sped by me right after being talked to by security.

48.

We truely enjoy the canoing experience. Specially in the moon light.

49.

Nighttime use should require adequate lighting.

50.

The lake is great for kayaking with the exception of some careless boaters around Vista Park.

51.

The concept and use of the Association owned property on Chaparral Circle is an excellent idea for a "Small Boat Park"; 2 concreted ramps, a nicely paved parking and entry system, and other park features, like bbq's, 30' concrete lakeside boat deck for temporary boat tie-ups, benches, a couple shade umbrellas, picnic tables, and nice landscaping; this property could almost be a "show-piece" park for driver-bys. Could be done in phases and fairly low cost.

52.

Need better launching areas for kayaks.

53.

we do not own kayak, howwever, we are guests at times of LWW members

54.

Need kayak storage and ramp facility.

55.

a place at a park to store kayak would be appreciated
