.9/4/2008 7:23:00 PMRetauil items are to costly

.9/4/2008 8:54:00 PMJim Knight is terrifc! Helpful and knowledgable.

.9/4/2008 9:39:00 PMA better selection of women's golf clothes is long overdue.

.9/4/2008 10:50:00 PMLarger selection of clothing items would be appreciated.

.9/4/2008 11:50:00 PMI believe the golf pro should attend all golf club meetings ie. lunches and dinners to add to the festivities and give a report to the members.

.9/5/2008 3:19:00 AMweb based tee time system phone based is very old

.9/5/2008 4:01:00 PMupgrade the mats on the driving range

.9/5/2008 4:16:00 PMOur rental carts are in terrible condition. Our Pro Shop is not clean enough -- the service that cleans it does a poor job. Check out the cob webs! I wish we had a reservation system that we could access on line, and make and edit our reservations as other courses do.

.9/5/2008 5:04:00 PMI am appalled at the high fees charged for various pro shop related services, which causes reduced play by golf members & guests, which causes regular players to bare the cost burden more & more each year. In future years I do not see any improvements in rounds of play with the current direction of managing the course.

.9/5/2008 5:34:00 PMLee is great. She gave lessons to my 12 yearold grandson and was exceptional!

.9/5/2008 5:48:00 PMJim and his staff do a great job.

.9/5/2008 6:47:00 PMDriving Range needs new mats, tees and maintain water in ball cleaners.

.9/5/2008 7:16:00 PMGolf cart rentals are an embarassment to use when we have guests. Every other club we visit has better carts without fail. We need new carts.

.9/5/2008 7:29:00 PMdoes the repair shop fix shoe spicks ?

.9/5/2008 10:18:00 PMTee time reservation system is in need change / should be reviewed.

.9/5/2008 11:17:00 PMNot enough merchandise to choos from

.9/5/2008 11:52:00 PMLocker rooms need updating. New toilets that are of a comfortable height.

.9/6/2008 1:15:00 AMI have been embarrassed several times when we hosted other clubs for tournaments and we didn't have enough carts for the players. Those that we did have were in very poor condition and two broke down so that we had to go around and beg residents to borrow their carts, so that everyone could finsh 18 holes in a cart.

.9/6/2008 3:29:00 AMWe need a fleet of rental carts or lease carts should be brought in for Tournaments. Individuals are constantly asked to provide personal carts and assume the liability for injury which should be borne by the association. We should be allowed to hit off grass more often. The grass area should be for our use rather than as a protected lawn. STOP using our practice area as a sod farm!! If our Superintendent cannot build a sustainable sod farm, get someone who can! Our marshals are basically worthless for their intended purpose. Put them under the GM with enforcement authority or eliminate them.

.9/6/2008 3:51:00 AMThe staff are very helpful and professional

.9/6/2008 3:11:00 PMThe bathrooms in the locker rooms and restaurant usually have a terrible smell from the toilets and urinals.

.9/6/2008 4:56:00 PMNot enough enforcement by marshals regarding pace of play

.9/6/2008 6:56:00 PMSo far, no other usage than retail

.9/6/2008 7:19:00 PMI never see a marshal on the course I wish the clothes were a little more reasonable in price

.9/6/2008 7:49:00 PMWonderful staff

.9/6/2008 7:55:00 PMAlway make you feel welcome

.9/6/2008 8:04:00 PMdriving range needs better tees

.9/6/2008 8:05:00 PMToo many rental golf carts need repaired or replaced.

.9/6/2008 10:15:00 PMBetter selection of cotton clothing

.9/6/2008 10:30:00 PMWe need a new keyboard on the outside score-entry computer. Cost: $12 Installation time, 10 minutes.

.9/6/2008 11:21:00 PMTHE RENTAL CARTS ARE IN TERRIBLE CONDITION

.9/7/2008 1:07:00 AMpro shop is very dirty, cobwebs and carpet, doors are dirty and need repainting, bulletin boards are shabby and the men's locker is in need of repair. The line of clothing caters to the smaller women and larger man.

.9/7/2008 1:23:00 AM1.Not much of a selection of merchandise. 2. Speaker is not loud enough to hear starting times. 3. Driving range tees are too high. Club cleaning buckets are too worn.

.9/7/2008 2:20:00 AMWe have the best, so why would we want to suggest anything.

.9/7/2008 7:37:00 AMSometimes not enough variety and/or product availability..

.9/7/2008 4:55:00 PMThe people in the Pro Shop are truly outstanding. They are all very helpful, courteous & willing to do whatever they can to accomodate members' needs. Very often there is only one individual running the Pro Shop & it is impossible for him/her to insure only properly attired people are using the golf course facilities & golfers really start when they are suppose to. I suggest a "starter" at the first tee to help insure this, and to explain again & again, the 90 degree rule, where the carts may & may not be driven, course etiquette, repair/replacement of divets/ball marks, speed of play and the power of the marshals. Lets give them the power to really speed up play when necessary and inform golfers when they are doing something not quite right. This may be a mens/womens club area to look into. I really believe that a lot of this could be minimized with a good program of golfer education. Dave Graham does an outstanding job with the Junior Golfers in this area, teaching them proper course etiquette, ball/divet repair and everything else that goes into making a young golfer someone with whom you enjoy playing with. How often do we see a junior golfer improperly dress on the course? Hardly ever! If we can teach this to our kids, why not the rest of us? Another area is golfers using the appropriate tees for their skill (or lack of skill) level. Again, this may be an education area.

.9/7/2008 9:46:00 PMvery little variety in merchandise old three day system better than seven day system for tee time reservations

.9/7/2008 11:01:00 PMWe need a better selection of cloths and other accessories (men's and women's). Little things like an air blower to clean the bottom of golf shoes, lids and dispenser located with the cup dispenser. Web-based tee time system access

.9/7/2008 11:51:00 PMPro shop staff are very polite and accomodating.

.9/8/2008 2:23:00 AMI would hate to be Jim Knight as far as retail sales. We have a very small shop with a very thrifty membership. The basic items he carrys is very satisfactory for me.I buy on ebay/Golf Galaxy/Haggin Oaks.

.9/8/2008 2:35:00 AMNeed new golf carts for guests, they would pay for themselves. Poor marshaling if any.

.9/8/2008 2:51:00 AMThe pro shop provides outstanding services to me ,my family and guests

.9/8/2008 3:10:00 AMOK

.9/8/2008 3:37:00 AMJim and staff very nice!!!

.9/8/2008 3:56:00 AMCart Rental: Notice a few cart break down on the course. Golfers rents the carts for 9/18 holes, not less. Very depressing when a player have to walk back to the Pro Shop to get another cart and miss playing with the original group. Needs better maintenance program. Tournament Operation: This year the Men's Club (18 holer) monthly tournament has vastly improved. No more Mickey Mouse tournaments (I hope).

.9/8/2008 4:13:00 AMThe driving range mats need to be replaced sooner. Have more detailed information on how the reservation system really works.

.9/8/2008 6:08:00 AMRental carts are old and an embarrassment when friends have to rent! Better selection and less expensive clothing. Seasonal clothing.........winter clothing for winter and summer clothing for summer. At Christmas, I don't want to buy short-sleeved tee shirts!!

.9/8/2008 9:55:00 PMThe Pro Shop personnel are very courteous and excellent at what they do!

.9/8/2008 11:05:00 PMNeed marshals with authority on every day of the week

.9/8/2008 11:08:00 PMStay open longer--there should be someone in the pro shop any time there are golfers on the course. Get new golf carts--the existing ones are an embarrassment. Need a natural grass driving range

.9/9/2008 1:12:00 AMLee Huntley was EXCELLENT with my grandkids; plan to take some lessons myself!

.9/9/2008 2:31:00 AMThe Chelsea system still has a few bugs in it that need fixing (i.e. not sending out an e-mail notice occasionally.

.9/9/2008 3:18:00 AMGolf carts are too expensive.

.9/9/2008 3:45:00 AMDirty balls for driving range. Rarely get to use grass on driving range.

.9/9/2008 4:47:00 AMI would like to see better product offerings in the Pro Shop.

.9/9/2008 9:07:00 AMWe very strongly disagree with the 6 day call in, prefer the 3 day. If the reason is for "guests" we have always been able to make times a month in advance, and members should always have preference over guests.

.9/9/2008 7:18:00 PMBe consistant announcing tee times, as in, ALWAYS give the time you are announcing as well as the players.

.9/9/2008 9:00:00 PMStarater times are usually late or there is no 10 minute warning.

.9/9/2008 9:41:00 PMThe golf cart rentals are an embarsesment to the community. If the pro cannot afford to update those cart the association should invest in new carts and create additional income. The driving range stations are very dated and will not be improved until the association forces the pro to do something. We need universal mats that can be used for both right & left handers. The rubber mats are slippery when wet and members have been injuried. If the pro does not want money on retail sales it is because he is not buy the right merchandise and the association again should take over that portion of the pro shop and create new income!

.9/9/2008 9:52:00 PMVery friendly and professional!

.9/9/2008 11:47:00 PMI am a personal fan of the pro and find the shop very satisfactory.

.9/10/2008 2:43:00 AMthe selection in merchandise is very limited, I can very seldom find any clothing that fits, the selection of golf eqipment is poor and when things are ordered it takes forever to get them.

.9/10/2008 2:53:00 AMThere appears to be no provision for assuring that golfers who play late afternoon/early evening have, in fact, paid for using the course ---- especially those who start on holes distant from the club house.

.9/10/2008 3:14:00 AMMarshalls are not alway on course. When they are, they don't really speed up play.

.9/10/2008 3:13:00 PMStafff does a great job with what they have.

.9/10/2008 4:32:00 PMThere are rarely any balls available at the pitching range.

.9/10/2008 7:07:00 PMThe grass driving range is underutilized, and should be open more often. The excuse that the grass gets chewed up with any more use is not supported by the visual conditions.

.9/10/2008 10:15:00 PMNeed an internet based reservation system.

.9/10/2008 10:28:00 PMClub appears to be well managed

.9/11/2008 4:31:00 PMMerchandise in the Pro Shop could be more specific to the demographics of the members.

.9/11/2008 6:49:00 PMThere is too much repetition in the tee time reservation system when you want to make changes!

.9/11/2008 7:10:00 PMMy oldest son was in the Junior Golf clinic this summer, and really enjoyed himself. The instructor Jim Knight did a wonderful job instructing him and helping him along. I was really impressed!!

.9/11/2008 8:58:00 PMThere should be better regulation of slow play

.9/11/2008 10:31:00 PMClothes are too expensive.

.9/12/2008 4:41:00 PMWe haven't lived in LWW since 2001.

.9/12/2008 5:51:00 PMVery well managed.

.9/12/2008 6:18:00 PMnone

.9/12/2008 10:25:00 PMNeed to have a women select the merchandise. The ladies mdse is not up-to-date, but rather is old stock from previous seasons; too many "small" sizes resulting in old, stale merchandise hanging around This is especially true during Invitationals when our guests cannot find anything to spend their winnings n.

.9/12/2008 10:28:00 PMJim is there to help and answer any questions. Good merchandice, has demonstrations for teaching golf. all in all pro shop is run very professionally.

.9/12/2008 10:37:00 PMWen are new gilf carts going to be obtained for rentals. Ours is the oldest fleet in the state.

.9/12/2008 11:25:00 PMWhose responsible for having balls out at the pitching area on Tuesday mornings? Would be nice if we didn't have to round them up ourselves.

.9/13/2008 4:50:00 PMmore days to hit off the driving range grass; confusing terms on tee time reservation by phone make messaging clearer; add on-line tee time reservations

.9/13/2008 5:10:00 PMJim is superb and his support team does a very good job.

.9/13/2008 5:53:00 PMI would buy more cloths from the pro shop if there were more cloths without the Lake Wildwood Logo and Name on them.

.9/13/2008 7:38:00 PMrental golf carts need to be upgraded, most are too old and falling apart; if cart barn were relocated down where hitting shed is, old barn area could be paved for more handicapped space/easier access for dinners/visitors to clubhouse; member cart storage could also be enlarged/co-located with new cart barn area

.9/13/2008 9:04:00 PM!. Marshals are totally ineffective and might as well not be there. 2. Pace of play is an abomination. 3. Fivesomes are a worse abomination. 2 & 3 are related.

.9/14/2008 2:22:00 AMNew and affordable merchandise is needed, including a selection of golf shoes and accessories. Also the Pro shop is in dire need of a good cleaning: windows, floors, ice machine, ball dispenser etc.

.9/14/2008 4:29:00 PMNone

.9/14/2008 5:02:00 PMGreat Pro Shop staff. However... sometimes the marshal seems to ignore enforcing some of the rules. Collard shirts, driving the golf cart in the wrong places, et al. This is not a big problem, but has happened several times.

.9/14/2008 9:04:00 PMa great pro for lww very friendly

.9/15/2008 4:52:00 PMBoth the Golf Superintendent and Golf Pro do excellent work and we are very fortunate to have employees of this caliber.

.9/15/2008 4:55:00 PMGolf pro should be more visible at golf tournaments. Rental carts are in TERRIBLE condition--should be replaced more often.

.9/15/2008 5:55:00 PMCould be more involved with our tournaments.

.9/16/2008 12:18:00 AMn/a

.9/16/2008 6:47:00 PMHead Pro great golfer. Head pro lacks management and retail skills.

.9/16/2008 7:14:00 PMI have heard that Jim really would be just as happy not having to mess with mrechandise sales. I say O.K. But, I would like to see somone take over the purchasing of quality merchandise. Stuff that does not fade after several washings. I am not happy with the quality of some of the golf shirts and hats I have purchased.

.9/16/2008 9:18:00 PMResevation system could announce daily open play schedule or time not available because of events.

.9/16/2008 10:21:00 PMMake sure that unusual situations are included in frost line messages. I.E. driving range will be closed, et cetera.

.9/17/2008 2:43:00 AMMembers are expected to loan their carts to support outside events and guest days. Reasonable tee times are almost impossible to get due to high volume of play and 8 minute intervals. Marshals do nothing useful other than hunt balls for personal use and chat with golfers. They need to have real authority or be eliminated.

.9/17/2008 5:29:00 AMFortunate to have an excellent Head Pro who is very courteous to all players.

.9/17/2008 4:28:00 PMBetter sizing and selection of women's clothing

.9/18/2008 7:07:00 PMMats and rubber tees on the driving range should be replaced more often. We are grateful for the attitude of and job done by our Golf Pro, Jim Knight.

.9/18/2008 9:34:00 PMWe are new to Lake Wildwood and will reserve our opinion on some of the above until we get better familiar with the runnings of the Golf Course. Thank You

.9/20/2008 2:05:00 AMI think it's unfair to penialize to golfers who play to most rounds with a systems to awards points to playing too much. why is this?

.9/20/2008 9:43:00 PMcater more to women golfers, there the ones that buy the products

.9/21/2008 12:50:00 AMA comment from my husband, the golfer: The one time I went with a rookie golfer, we arrived and asked if we could play. He tried to squeeze us in between foursomes in the middle of a tournament. This was accomodating to our group, but not a wise choice because it was inconvenient to the tournament players. We chose not to do this.

.9/21/2008 4:09:00 AMMats, club cleaners and tees are tired and need to be replaced. Locker room facilities need major upgrading and expansion. Better quality of clothing apparel is needed in pro shop.

.9/21/2008 4:31:00 AMCarts appear to be in poor condition and proshop doesn't have a wide variety of clothes, etc.

.9/22/2008 12:10:00 PMThe rental cart fleet is an embarrasement. We borrow other peoples carts for guests, because of this. Marshal services - where are they? Merchandise selection is very limited.

.9/22/2008 4:21:00 PMI have been most pleased with the time and effort given to me when I just "show up" to play a round of golf. The staff does their very best to get me on the course as soon as possible. It has been that way since I have lived in LWW. I really appreciate that service!!

.9/22/2008 8:26:00 PMIt would be nice to be able to hit off the grass at driving range. It is done sometimes but never annouced in advance.

.9/23/2008 12:25:00 AMI rarely purchase anything in the pro shop. The clothes don't seem up-to-date to me! Size Large is limited. I prefer shopping at Haggin Oaks...better selection.

.9/23/2008 4:55:00 AMI think family members not living with me should have a discount in the rates they play instead of paying just like any other guest.

.9/23/2008 10:08:00 PMStarter sound system needs upgrading or repair so that it can be heard clearly.

.9/23/2008 11:15:00 PMThe Pro Shop does a great job in all areas. The Marshalls are totally ineffective. I have played in several situations where the group ahead of us has bee 2 to 3 holes behind and nothing was done by the Marshalls. In some instances they have even lied about the group ahead insisting that they are not behind.

.9/24/2008 3:26:00 AMpro shop seems to do a good job, staff is polite and professional

.9/24/2008 9:57:00 PMDoes good job.

.9/24/2008 10:18:00 PMMarshalls do not speed up play (other than Jim Hartman). Starter services (might want to improve the loud speaker so I can hear it by tee box #1). I'm not sure the point system is fair when the annual fees where changed this year (ie pay premium for unlimited vs the lower fees & get later & later starting times ..... it doesn't seem fair ... equitable should be a better measure I suppose).

.9/24/2008 11:33:00 PMThe cleaning of the mens bathroom is almost non-existant. The seats and bowels are wiped, the towels and paper maintained, however, the floors and walls surrounding the toilets have not been cleaned in months. The oder in the stalls is horriable. I mentioned this condition to several board members. Upon inspection by a current board member and careful consideration,he recommended a ceiling fan. I sujested that if the bathrooms were cleaned properly, the problem would disapear. Were is the oversight. I`m told were paying an outside contractor to take care of this.

.9/25/2008 4:07:00 AMIt would be nice to have a woman's input into items for sale in the pro shop.

.9/25/2008 8:58:00 PMI don't understand why the course is closed so often for private/club events, even on weekends. This feels like all owners are paying for the special privileges of a few members.

.9/26/2008 2:05:00 AMselection of golf apparel needsimprovement and prices need to be lower

.9/26/2008 2:46:00 AMalways friendly helpful

.9/26/2008 3:40:00 PMwould love to have more of a selection of current women's golf clothes, shoes, etc. in a good variety os sizes appropriate to the women who play here.

.9/26/2008 6:20:00 PMThey are very freindly and are doing whatever they can to be accomadating to our requests. Very satisfied

.9/26/2008 8:00:00 PMIt might be time for some new rental golf carts or at least maintain them to higher standards.

.9/26/2008 9:47:00 PMI believe Jim is doing his best for all envolvd.

.9/26/2008 11:47:00 PMJim Knight runs a friendly and efficient shop. His staff is a plus for the shop.

.9/28/2008 5:41:00 PMWould like to see the head pro be more involved with activities. Would like to be able to hit balls on the driving range on the grass a couple times a week. The selection of clothes for women has gotten better. Marshals need to actually do something about the pace of play and not just ride around. Some of them you never see unless you make the turn and see them on the putting green.

.9/28/2008 5:58:00 PMi do not like the six day in advance reservation rule. I like it the wy it ways before.

.9/28/2008 9:11:00 PMAs retail sales go, I think it would be good to consult the various teams as to the colors of their (uniforms-outfits) are concerned. For example, the Lady Niners need khaki shorts & slacks. It would be nice to have a larger selection of them offered in the pro-shop.

.9/28/2008 11:56:00 PMMarshall sometimes pushes play when not needed

.9/29/2008 12:11:00 AMGolf clothes are too limited and too expensive

.9/29/2008 9:20:00 PMThe special events are managed very creatively.

.9/29/2008 10:45:00 PMVery helpful and polite. Try to accomodate most requests.

.9/29/2008 11:08:00 PMnice shop

.9/30/2008 4:45:00 AMCan't wait for the shop to be remodeled

.9/30/2008 7:17:00 PMThe staff is great. They are willing to help and they are courteouse. The selection and display of goods needs to be improved. I think that a service to do this must be available, like an interior decorator/merchandiser that could use space and display goods so that we would want to buy there. As far as the golf operation go I think that a good job is being done.

.9/30/2008 9:26:00 PMlater hours for golf cart rentals and returns

.9/30/2008 11:20:00 PMN/A

.10/1/2008 5:33:00 PMn/a

.10/1/2008 11:48:00 PMNone

.10/2/2008 1:07:00 AMIt would be beneficial to have the Pro Shop number along with the other numbers on the member card.

.10/2/2008 3:37:00 AMIt'be nice to have a Golf Pro that actually teaches...we had many problems getting call backs, and having him actually be able to focus in his student is tough for him. He spends plenty of time in the bar though. Must be nice to get paid well over $100,000 a year to play golf for free and drink at the bar...for free...

.10/2/2008 9:09:00 PMDo you offer golf lessons for kids?

.10/3/2008 4:13:00 AMDon't understand tee time reservation system. Confused as to how priority status is determined.

.10/3/2008 10:25:00 PMTry to do more merchandising; such as; special pricing on merchandise and equipment.

.10/4/2008 2:29:00 AMNot satisfied with the lack of available early tee times for an owner of a second home who does not have a golf membership. Golf membership doesn't make financial sense due to frequency of usage yet we are unable to ever secure any early morning tee times.

.10/4/2008 2:37:00 AMAll of the special event that members play result in "Credit Awards" for all winnings. However the selection of merchandise in the pro shop is extemely limited and as a result there are hundreds of people with several hundred dollars of un-spent funds because of the poor selections. It seems the pro only buys items that come from dealers that will provide him significant discounts. When people have tried to "Order" items not available in the Pro shop, there is no way to accomplish this.

.10/4/2008 2:38:00 AMI've made reservations and invited a group to play. We got to the course for our tee time and there were no carts left to rent. Bush League!

.10/4/2008 2:30:00 PMLet your credits from winnings pay for balls from the ball machine or yearly fees for balls

.10/4/2008 3:37:00 PMRental golf carts are too old and need to be replaced. Quantity of clothing for sale is not adequate. Loud speaker system is inadequate.
