Considering the current approach of the Master Plan, do you have any comments, questions and/or suggestions?

1.

perhaps start a column on the lwwa.org web site to update progress, short paragraphs at least weekly? Pay more attention to family friendly concepts and less to the reitred folks- I think the demographic is shifting and family activities need to be addressed.

2.

none

3.

We need other things besides the golf course!

4.

The survey is flawed by not allowing me to answer not important at all... for instance the swimming pool - I wouldn't use it - therefore not important...you made me rank it as if it were important to me. I believe that unless it can be proven to elevate the property values (and to what percentage)...then facilities should be paid for by those that use them minus some small portion funded by the community. Operational costs and maintenance by the users and replacement reserves by the community.

5.

Please put a fully-equipped exercise room in our new community center!

6.

We would like to see condo's and or multi-plex buildings, for private ownership built in the current campground. Many of us would love to downsize to a low or no maintenance situation yet stay here close to our friends and LWW ammenities. A more effecient storage area could be leveled so we would not loose that ability. A tunnel for golf carts under Pleasant Valley Road could link up fairly easily to current facilities. A roadway would be nice, but more costly and probably not necessary. We REALLY NEED THIS TYPE OF FACILITY. People would be standing in line to buy if the price was even half way fair! It would put very little additional strain on golf, tennis etc. as typically this age group takes less advantage of these strenuous amenities. Priority should be given to current residents.

7.

How much will it end up costing each household?

8.

We would like to see more trails or walking paths developed. For example, we have several creeks alongside of which walking trails could be developed and maintained. Currently, except for one trail, walking paths or trails are very limited and walking on the roads or streets is not the safest.

9.

Lake Wildwood is in dire need of functional walking paths: preferably paths that run adjacent to the golf course and provide convenient walking access to the shopping area. Our house lies within 1/3 mile of the shopping area, but because of winding street layout, we must walk 1 and 1/2 miles to shopping, meaning a 3 mile round trip walk. For the health of all residents, it important to walk more. Including functional - not just recreational - walking paths would be highly desirable.

10.

Since we have to rank these choices from 1-6, I hope that because i marked an item #1 this it is not interpreted that this is a must. Given the choices it is just a ranking of items that we were give to rank, only

11.

Looks great!!!

12.

These rankings are a waste of time - for example I don't swim, but I have to rank importances - stupid!!

13.

It is important to keep up the momentum on improvements - large and small. Review and revise the plan each year so we know what is going on.

14.

We should have a dog park

15.

Thank you for presenting a well-thought and drafted Master Plan. When we transfer primary residence here in 2009, we would like to participate in many of the activities.

16.

Give me a break! Filling out this portion of the survey was impossible! I want NONE of these "improvements". None are important. Keeping costs down is important. People who want more services and increased ammenities should pay for them on a fee-for-use basis. However, this survey doesn't provide an opportunity for residents to express our dissatisfaction with current expensive 'improvements'. We are living in a time of near recession. Incomes aren't keeping up with increasing expenses at Holiday Market. You know that, right? Put that understanding into action. Consider scaling back and slowing down. (I filled out questions 96+101 by labeling my choices according to the order the item were presented. I rated the first item as priority #1, the second item as priority # 2....) The design survey didn't give me any other choice.

17.

Support activity boating and suppress motor boating.

18.

It's hard to believe we don't plan to start building clubhouse improvements until 2013. We need to get off our collective butts and move ahead without bickering.

19.

lets keep an emphasis on updating/reworking the MP annually

20.

Should have had a NO Opinion column

21.

The questions you ask from 96 on are trick questions and do not allow for a honest opion!!!!

22.

Must improve the replacement reserves for Golf Course amenities which have been illegally ignored for so long. In particular, replacement reserves for the greens and their infrastructure!!!

23.

Let's not go overboard with the results of this category. You can only spend a dollar once!

24.

#96 has a comment question and/or suggestion block missing. Here we go again. The mindset is to put more & more money into that facility when ther is an abundance of room at the marina. One of the questions should have been, "would you rather spend the money building a better facility at the marina?

25.

Need to put more of the infrastruture into Replacement Reserve so that funds are accumulated to replace or upgrade buildings, parks, etc.

26.

Fees for boat owners the same as golf cart owners.

27.

Clean up and fix what we have that is functional and then move on.

28.

I think security is the most important feature of LWW and the fence to encompass the area should be finished to enclose the whole area. Then we need to update the facilities and parks.

29.

Golf course and Lake are the leads for enjoying the other amenities.

30.

I feel that since things here are old we need to update the main amenities, golf course, infrastructure, parks which are what makes this place so great and will enhance the value of all property here and the rest comes along naturally.

31.

Definitely on the right track! The community is looking rather stale and old fashion. I would EASILY support a 2x increase in fees to support a long term strategy to upgrade & improve all the community resources. 1. DON'T FORGET THE LAKE. It is our #1 asset & should never be compromised in any form or fashion. 2. I would rather the club house was upgraded and NOT run for the next 5 years as self-funding, since the current situation is a sure fired loser: continue to cut expenses and operating times further erodes use further eroding .... it is one of the center-pieces of the whole community. It should be targeted to be cash positive by year 5 with programs to support. 3. The new community center will be a great addition: do NOT compromise! Get a 1st class recreation director to manage and task her with growing the user base.

32.

Why didn't questions 95 through 100 have an option for me to not answer, not prioritize. By answering and prioritizing one would assume I approve of them, which I don't. But I cannot complete this survey without that tacit endorsement since answers expressing my opinion do not exist. You should have added "do not approve' as an option.

33.

I think we in LWW live in the most amazing place, especially for the money it costs us to live here (except for the sewer assessment) so my thanks to anyone who helps make it the way it is and are willing to make it "better".

34.

I would like to see these improvements slow down a little until our economy balances out again. (Some of my ratings in order of importance are not accurate since I was not allowed to indicate more than once that I believe something is not of consequence.

35.

The new docks should have been single docks for all around access to motorcraft. Yes, it would reduce the # of slips but access would improve. Also somestorage on slips for boat covers, etc.

36.

The golf course gets a huge amount of money invested in it and although the course is beneficial to the community, I think we should spend more of "that" money on facilities that get more use by the general population.

37.

Question 100 requites an answer but I have no opinion since I would not use any of the items. Question 101 also requires answers but many of these things are not important to me. Again, ranking them with no thought gives misleading data.

38.

If we put the golf course greens on replacement reserves to be paid for by the entire community, because of the importance to our property values, the remainder of the golf course improvements (TBA) can be paid for by golf revenue!

39.

The lake is our greatest and most precious asset. We need to invest what's needed to control weeds.

40.

1. DUPLICATING COMMERCIAL FITNESS FACILITIES IS UNNECESSARY AND WILL ADD ANOTHER MONEY LOOSING OPERATING EXPENSE. DO NOT BUILD THIS TYPE OF AMENITY. 2. SELECT AND DESIGN ALL IMPROVEMENTS TO BE FINANCED BY SALE OF ASSETS ONLY. 3. A YEAR AROUND ENCLOSED POOL IS NOT JUSTIFIED BY THE SMALL NUMBER OF USERS THAT ARE WILL- ING TO PAY FOR SUCH AN EXPENSIVE AMENITY. ONLY BUILD THIS OF IT SELF SUPPORTING, TO DATE NOT ENOUGH USERS HAVE COMMITED TO SUPPORTING THIS AMENITY. 4. PARKS ARE OK AS IS, EXCEPT FOR SELECTED NEED OF SELECTED COVERED SHADE AREAS OVER ACTIVITIES SUCH AS BOCCE BALL COURTS ,AND PICNIC AREAS WITH GAZEBOS, PAVILIANS ETC.

41.

every effort should be made to improve all amenities in an equitable and service oriendted manner both in terms of money and equipment.

42.

Keep costs down most of all.

43.

The general intent of the Master Plan is forward looking, but in our opinion, is probably too ambitious given the funding outlook. Following the community center, the first major project should indeed be the repair/rehabilitation/improvement of the existing clubhouse IN PLACE, not a new structure elsewhere. This is because there is substantial structural decay to be addressed in the near future. A project which attains modest goals and repairs the decay in the structure must be accomplished soon. However, this must be done within the existing fund availabilities.

44.

What is wrong with the current Clubhouse? Are we just trying to "Keep up with the Jones'" The economy is bad and many residents are living on a limited or fixed income. What do we really need to spend the association money to fix as opposed to just looking good?

45.

I do not like the system you are using for rating. The questions should all be asked for the importance and not linked to force you to rate something that people do not want or like. Do away with the rating system of 1st to 6th and let people express their opinions without having to rate something that they do not want to rate in that way.

46.

I have commented to personnel about a sign on Chaparral just past Swallow Way......the sign is on the LEFT side of the road (no other sign is EVER on the left hand side!) indicating a road.....the sign is backward! It should be facing the other way (signs are always on the RIGHT side of the road), indicating a road (Swallow Way). Will this ever be right?????

47.

This is far too long, and often confusing.

48.

You asked a lot of opinions on how important some items were. You did not allow an option if the item was of no importance. Not the way to run a survey.

49.

For God's sake, don't waste any more of our money on the golfers! Start charging fees sufficient to maintain the Golf Course!

50.

I applaud those who have beenworking on the plan and have it started.

51.

The Master Plan is a master money pit that goes far beyond the need to maintain LWW. It seems we have a coterie of empire builders who enjoy spending the LWW homeowners' money and raising annual dues and fees at their whim. Most of the proposed projects are quite unnecessary and will add ongoing costs for years and years to come for maintenance, etc. This is a tragic waste of money and requires liquidating current LWW assets to play for many of these grandiose projects. If folks want more boat storage - then let the boat owners pay 100% for it. Same with the golf course improvements - that should be 100% paid by the golfers.. LWW administration has no fiscal discipline and seems to be dominated by wannabe social engineers, advocates for their personal porkbarrel pet projects, and developers and construction folks helping the LWW administration find new ways to spend other people's money and oh well, you'll just keep raising the annual dues and fees endlessly. I am thoroughly disgusted with the cavalier attitude this managment/Board has with homeowner money, both now and down the road for the new "improvements". Paying for the improvements by selling LWW assets is a sad attempt to spend (deplete) LWW homeowner assets without having the guts to send out a bill for the real cost to the Association. Maybe the Federal government can just sell off all Federal lands, parks, buildings, etc. and show a better budget for a year or two. This financial game-playing gives me zero confidence in the administration/BOD ever giving a damn about being fiscally responsible in any way. As those annual dues continue to increase, you'll see more and more "For Sale" signs going up.

52.

We need a gym or exercise facility and many people are willing to pay extra to maintain it. They gyms and curves across the way in Penn Valley shopping center keep increasing their rates and I'd rather put the money into a facility here.

53.

vista and meadow park need to be updated before they put in another park.. hello fix what you have first! Sports bar and Pub!!

54.

adding a dog park

55.

Improving access to, and the attractiveness of Meadow Park, should be a priority as far as the parks go.

56.

Think we should get moving on all of this...hire temporary project managers to manage each big piece of the master plan...no one I speak with wants this to take 5 or 10 years...we all want to be able to enjoy the improvements so lets please get them done on a fast timetable!!!

57.

I skimmed master plan last year and don't recall that it called for fitness facility w/in new Rec Center...while we don't have problem with that concept, is it really part of Plan or are you trying to slip this by us? schedule for lakefront lot sales much too soon given current state of real estate market, surprised that board would even think of putting these up for sale so early...also, what is clubhouse plan to use these funds?...we recall that these lots were considered for sale a few years back, but this was roundly defeated by members much because there was no agreed-to plan for using these proceeds, seems that the cart is before the horse

58.

Until you shape up the food service in the Clubhouse, you are spinning your wheels in contemplating any physical improvements. Those inmprovements will be wasted if nobody comes in the door, and people are staying away in droves until food service bucks up.

59.

Even though I do not use many of the amenities I know it is important that we continually improve and update them and I support this. However I am on a fixed income and I hope I will be able to continue to live in this wonderful community.

60.

Would like to see all boat owners pay a docking fee even though they live on the lake, all golfers pay a trail fee to use the cart paths on the golf course. Why not a fee for docking your boat on the lake no matter what the location?

61.

I have not seen the new master plan, but will view it soon. At this point, I have no comments

62.

no

63.

With the weak economic situation that we are all in, some of the projects should be postponed until better economic times.

64.

Question 101 as well as others are terrible because they force the responder to say something is good when in fact, none of the ideas or improvements may be acceptable to the responder.

65.

We would like all the forward tees done on the golf courase ASAP, however, we realize this is not the top priority for non golfers.

66.

Not in favor of the fitness center- or should be a pay for use (not part of yearly dues) The pay for use would cover costs of maintaining and cleaning equipment and the center.

67.

Men's restroom facilities in golf shop are embarrasing.

68.

I see in your Master Plan that Your most Important Amenity has no time line. Everything is listed TBD. It will be disasterous for LWW if you do not do something to enhance and extend the life of your golf course in the very near future.

69.

If the swimmers want to swim all year, let them pay for it. There are fitness facilities close by to Lake Wildwood right now, do these people use them?

70.

It is difficult to rank some of these as they are in different venues and could be jointly planned. For example, the Chaparral Dr. green belt (park) could be an ideal non-motorized kayak and canoe storage and launch area and not in conflict with any other area. In contrast, Meadow Park has many functions, including boat storage, launching and recreation and would need to be a highly coordinated project possibly teamed with the camp ground. What's an outdoor amphitheater? Is that where they throw people into the lions? We can do that right on our golf course, can't we?

71.

We need a nice, spacious, fully-equipped gym/workout facility as soon as possible.

72.

We are new to Lake Wildwood and will reserve our opinion on some of the above until we get better familiar with the runnings of Lake Wildwood Master Plan. Thank You

73.

Build an on-the-water clubhouse on the 4 lots at the North Gate. Access from outside only for securrity. Build a permanent theater facility . Leave the existing clubhouse alone and use it for breakfast and golf support.

74.

i did not want to rank anything about the clubhouse- i do not see a need for spending money on it There should have been a field for NO ranking -- and allow to do on all questions. This applies to all the previous questions

75.

Fitness should be addressed NOW as part of the new & old community center. Apart from the health benefits, building a fitness-oriented community is what will separate Lake Wildwood from other gated communities in Northern California. In this housing crisis, we will need every edge to keep our home values from falling

76.

Sell the campground,4 lots at north gate,2 lots on chapporell circle, other lots for income for improvements

77.

We need safe walking paths and or cart/ bike paths. It is just a matter of time when either the walkers or bikers are going to get hit. It may take using the 10' set back to install a safe pathway througout the major routes.

78.

We are happy to see that the Master Plan seems to be moving along. All the items are worthwhile and need to be pursued. Priority should possibly go to the parks as they serve the most people the most often .

79.

Fencing is a security issue and should not be lumped in with things such as common areas, green belts and signage. How about adding a place to ride bikes safely and a place for skateboard for our young people?

80.

In general, the last 3 pages do not make much difference to us.

81.

The approach of the current Master Plan is fine, just keep it going, do not stop.

82.

Why are Questions #99 and 100 forced? Neither of them have any due consequence for us. Therefore, the answers should be excluded, or at least modified to a "DECLINED TO COMMENT."

83.

Keep the costs down. Remember the large retiree population.

84.

improve commodore park next. it is our most used park!

85.

Better management of the dry storage boat area at the launching area could add about 40 additional summer storage spots. Currently half the spaces are rented by boats docked on lakeside properties during the summer and are occupied by empty trailers forcing other boat owners to move their boats to and from the launching area from the campground or other remote storage location. Why can't a compromise be arranged so these empty trailers are stored somewhere else during the summer? Why not provide inexpensive mooring bouys off hideway park and the empty lot on Chaparral Circle like they do on Tahoe, etc.

86.

Given the 72 hour parking rule for boats, trailers, etc. on or in front of your property, I would like to see an area made available to park boats, RV's, etc. so that repairs can be made that may take longer than 72 hours. Sometimes parts are ordered that take more than 72 hours to arrive at your home. Electric power is also needed so the campground is not an option.

87.

Please add a fitness center that offers state-of-the-art equipment. Improve the bar/lounge/restaurant...ie modernize and make it trendy. There should be lots of activities for kids in the summer...a great pool, sports, drama, camps, hiking, etc. I'm sure there are many communities from which to derive ideas. I love that Lake Wildwood has seniors and families...there should be lots of activities for all ages.

88.

A well equiped gym with evening aerobics etc and personal trainers would be wonderful!

89.

Even tho is was planned to do Meadow Park second, I thought it had changed to do Commodore Park next. I have been involved in the committees and am really excited about our plans.

90.

I think the pool area should have high priority and updating including plan for a new pool and separate pool for children and water aerobic activities.

91.

none

92.

All future projects whereby Association funds are to be disbursed should on indefinite hold until a completely new Board is in place.

93.

Well done. It's way overdue and an important necessity to maintaing the quality of LWW living and the property values

94.

I do not like the way the questions were asked. I had to make choices that I would not make just to fill out the survey. I would give you different answers if I had a true choice. Not happy with your survey. Few of the things I put down are my choices.

95.

marina park boat launch area was never meant for people to store their boats there in perpetuity. There are boats that look like they haven't been in the water for 25 years, flat tires, and tarps coming off or torn. get these boats out of the marina park area and let people who actually use there boats store them there. It would be wonderful to put a small park in the green belt on chaparral circle simliar to explorer park, and include a boat launch there as well (without car or trailer parking) having one boat launch for the entire lake means driving all the way around, when owner on the other side of the lake could launch closer, use less gas and save wear and tear on association roads.

96.

I would like to be able to store a single rowing shell at a lakeside storage facility for canoes and kayaks. Please consider this in future plans for storage facilities.

97.

Stage? Theater? what about these?

98.

After driving on Wildflower drive for 30 years I am still amazed a walking path has not been constructed from the Marina area to LWW drive. People walk in mass across the driving lanes, mom's with double and triple strollers walk in the road, the shoulders are awful, and kids walk all over the road and not facing traffic to and from school and the marina. WE really need a user friendly walking path created along one side of this main road to the recreational area to keep people safe. I imagine the association will see the need once someone is killed or seriously injured.

99.

You forced me to pick a top and second priority to #99 (pool), you received very flawed answers from me because none of this is important to me, they were all 3s. Question 91 was also flawed and you may be getting misleading answers.

100.

Consider the construction of a totally new clubhouse versus renovation of the existing undersized and outdated facility. Keep the existing clubhouse in operation until the new one is constructed to minimise impact to all users and employees. Think outside of the box to meet the needs of the community 20 to 30 years from now.

101.

Building condos at campground would bring in revenue and be sold out before they were built !!

102.

Our two top amenities are the golf course and the lake. The golf course is the number one amenity closely followed by the lake. Why is the golf course looked at by the board as an after thought rather than the number one priority it should be?

103.

PUT THE POOL AHEAD OF THE GOLF COURSE!

104.

Please keep open areas in parks for the kids to play "informal" games, ie, wiffle ball, frisbee, football catch, etc, Handle the unpleasant smell at Explorer park

105.

We would like a room to use for bridge games.

106.

The guard shacks at both Main Gate and North Gate need to be completely remodeled and updated. There needs to be zero trace asbestos and lead based paint. I feel that as whole each LWW department needs to be updated, modernized and attention to the quality of the work station needs to be looked at. Good working conditions are crucial to keeping good employees.

107.

Should not worry about a new clubhouse w/o first addressing the current problems with the clubhouse, eg. food, service and pricing or value. Regarding the fitness center why spend money for this when it is available in two locations across the street at a very reasonable cost. Access to any clubhouse is very important when looking at improvements.

108.

Suggestion: Our household feels that the Lake is Lake Wildwood's biggest asset to the majority of people who live here. Consider making it a higher priority than the golf course.

109.

We appreciate the survey of interests to guide scale and timelines of the plan.

110.

Subsidizing the Clubhouse diningroom is a waste of money. If it cannot stand alone then it should be ended. It is a constant drain on resources that would be better served elsewhere.

111.

Covered storage for motorized boats would be wonderful. We would much rather pay LWW than Penn Valley Mini Storage for covered boat storage.

112.

Allowing nice fences in yards would be great. I know we want to stay "outdoors" but I think a nice wooden fence wouldn't detract from this theme. could be wrong.....

113.

This community needs an area where dogs and their people can socialize and exercise.

114.

Golf course fees should be linked with the course improvement. other areas need support from other funding like the annual budget and should therefore be piority over the golf course.

115.

I think there are too many trees in our community and I think that they should be thinned to avoid fire danger.

116.

Build 2bedroom 2bath condos on Wildwood properties so widows and widowers do not have to leave the area when a spouse dies but want to stay with their friends. Most are unable to care for a large house and grounds.

117.

Get it all done asap. Aggressively pursue a bond issue and let us current association members get the benifit from the projects. The cost of the bonds would be shared by current and future home buyers. Beginning the projects in near term will be far less expensive to complete than waiting.

118.

Good ideas. I am not in favor of increasing property assessments to fund the master plan. My input: - Add a third security gate on the north end of Lake Wildwood Drive. My letter to the directors 18 years ago was never answered on this suggestion? - Stop the chain link fencing projects. It has a negative affect on wildlife populations. - Re open parts of the campground for cammping. - Create a year round area for green wastte storage, Not just one week a year! - Provide more room on roadside shoulderss for pedestirans and bicyclists. - What happened to the horse stables and trails for LWW member use? That was advertised when I moved here in 1982? - Maintain the older appearance of LWW faacilities so it maintains a rural theme. Do not modernize to look like suburban areas. - Provide more lakeside recreational parkks with the undeveloped lots near the north gate and the property where deer creek enters the lake. There is not enough recreational lake side areas for those not living on the lakes. Once you sell it or develop it it is lost forever to our members. - Move the unsighty sediment storage areaas where deer creek enters the lake and create a park or restore the area to a natural landscape. - Initiate a storm water best management practices to mitigate sediment loading into the lake. - Utilize trained volunteers to supplemennt the need for help in all areas of the community. - Open more positions on the various commmittees for people who can add a lot to the community. Do not turn away well qualified individuals who can make imprtant contrubutions as has been done in the past. - Require the chief of security to providde honest and timely feed back to the community members on security issues. - Get more community members involved in the master plan preparation and its implementation. This is the first I have heard of it. - Develop a comprehensive fire plan that involves the neighboring properties. My house almost burned down in the 49er fire because my neighobor's property adjacent to LWW was not fire safe. It would have burned if myself and neigbors had not stayed to fight the fire with garden hoses. - Look at the feasibility of providing a controlled, limited hunt of game populations to manage the wildlife put some wildness back in the various wildlife populations. - Form a committee to deal with fish and wildlife issues in the community. I could probably come with another long list of ideas with more time.

119.

I will hope it puts in a fitness room - even if there is a modest yearly fee. I would venture there are folks who have treadmills, etc. to contribute as long as they are not in poor maintainece. Send someone to look at it and say "No Thank You" if it is not within the safety bounaries you expect.

120.

A place for children to ride bikes, scooters or skateboards needs to be considered with recreation amenities.

121.

Move the resturant to the dam property so we can have public dining as well. update the bar to sports grill with sandwiches and burgers. Thhat also leaves you plenty of room up in the old building for admin. add a grill/boat store to the rec center for pool/beach goers and boaters, and you are done!!! just don't raise our dues!! and ohh, move the soccer goals over to the marina behind the marina building. and most immportant, work on the pump stations around the lake so we don't smell like sewage...especially explorer park.

122.

However, forward tees are not needed

123.

the one piece of playground equipment at vista has now been taken out of convenient use because it is located out of parents/supervisors view. families are there to enjoy the lake and the view but the equipment is behind and way over to the side of the park.

124.

More facilities and infrastructure for school age children sports and activities.

125.

I think Lake Wildwood is pretty darned good right now, and wonder why / if all the 'expense' related to future plans is warranted or wanted by the majority of members? Previous few web pages don't allow "no" / "none" to choices.

126.

We would love a fitness facility with treadmills, stairmasters, weights, etc and would be willing to pay an amenity fee! We are currently on the waiting list for boat storage and pay to store our boat 5 miles away. It is frustrating to see empty boat trailors taking up spots in the LWW boat storage year round.

127.

We should have approved the 9-hole golf course that was suggested years ago.

128.

This part of the survey is bogus. I was required to rate improvements to the Pool area and I have never seen it. I was asked to rank different types of restaurants without indicating if I wanted any of them here. I am asked to rate the RELATIVE importance of projects, but I may disagree with all of them. I can not skip a question or say no opinion. Making decisions on the results of this survey would be stupid. I am very annoyed that I wasted my time with this survey.

129.

None of the projects listed in question 101 are of any immediate importance to me.

130.

I think the golf course should be maintained in a way that keeps it green in its entirety year-round. During the non-rainy seasons the perimeter areas are allowed to turn brown which is very unattractive and suggests a lack of maintenance and/or an unprofessional approach to the appearance of the course. If this cannot be done, flower arrangements or small trees should be placed in these areas.

I feel we need walking/bicycle paths, not necessarily sidewalks on at least one side of the main thoroughfares like LWW Dr. and Wildflower. This could be accomplished by simply extending the pavement to between 24 and 36 inches beyond the white line. As I take my walksand bike rides I notice an inconsistancy on the width of the payment. This would make walking safer and more appealing to people. Maybe it could have some health benefits as well. However don't just make "improvements" for the sake of doing something. If there is no real demand or consensus save the money. There are some needed improvements but it is also nice to not experience a fee increase every year.

Present plan is excellent; most important seems to be the Clubhouse enlargment, updating, refurbishment; needs to include a permanent stage for theatrical events. Additional marina docks can be added without enlarging the present water foot print, ie no dredging required; can be done in phases; in great demand and will pay for itself -actually a "profit" maker in the future.

It appears we will never approve motorcycles inside the gates. I would support covered storage at both gates for motorcycles. A modest rental fee would be fine.

134.

Good job! Let's just follow through!

135.

let people who use golf course, storage facilities ety. pay for them.

136.

Since I do not use lots of other amenities, i.e., Bocce Ball, sports field, etc. these are very low on my priority list.

137.

Pave Meadow Park Gravel driving surface to control the dust.

138.

Let's move the plan along and develop a realistic funding plan to make the master plan a reality in the next 4-5 years while most of us are still uoung enough to enjoy the bnenfit and results of the changes under the master plan.

139.

We would like to see a stage that is befitting for the talent and interest we have in Little Theater and jazz concerts.

140.

How about the dining room?? It looks very outdated.

141.

Good work. Keep it up.

142.

The restaurant should be self supporting. A smaller menu served in a timely manner. the dollar taco meal is a success. The price, size and quality are right.

143.

Dredge the lake. Water quality and weed control poor.

144.

This was a very complete survey and congratulations to the group who did this.

145.

Golf course greens

146.

Try not to intcrease the amminity bill tooo much. Some of us can't afford all the things on the wish list of the master plan.

147.

Put all this on hold. We are in a recession bordering on depression. Slow down activities you are committed to and defer all the rest to period when U.S. has recovered.

148.

Widen roads or change traffic patterns (walkers - golf cart usage)

149.

we are concerned that the member assessments would be higher than predicted as is typically the case with any kind of bureauacy

150.

Why not more parking in common areas maybe golf cart parking area the baseball area not used much we need more parking!!!!

151.

More tables/chairs with umbrella's. ELEVATOR!

152.

We have found Lake Wildwood to be a delightful place to live. However, there is an exception that we have endured that is an annoyance and a violation of Rule R-10.40.10. We would like to suggest that consideration be given to licensing of dogs with a pledge by its owner to comply with the rule.

153.

Some good ideas are on the way I am sure

154.

quit trying to make this a country club
