ISSUES

 

The committee agrees with all of the above except it was not unanimous on the following question:  When we replace the sprinkler heads, should we only install heads that are slow turn-on/off?

 

    Ken Wolford -  With all the events occurring during a watering cycle, these water transients are cancelled out.

 

    Ed Lauchner -  Does not see a need for a decision at this time.  A decision should be made when bidding is done on the replacement heads.

 

    Tom Watson -  Yes, only slow turn-on/off should be used when the heads are replaced.

 

    Bob Pleski -  Yes, only slow turn-on/off should be used when the heads are replaced.
