Question #37 - Holes #13 and #14 are the only ones on the course to still have asphalt cart paths. The paths have deteriorated and are in need of replacement with concrete. The architect recommended that, when this is done, a section of the path on the left side of Hole #13 would be moved uphill. The fairway would also be moved left. See the master plan drawing for details.

Why has this not been done already. It has been due for 15 years and is a Replacement Reserve item. Moving the path out of play is a no brainer.

Could we replace the cart paths with new asphalt? It seems that getting a pridge built that would support a concrete truck is very expensive.

Let's do it - we've been talking about replacing those paths with concrete for eons!

We paid for this to be done once. Will we have to do it again?

7.

The paths were to be completed back in 1996.

The cost of this change is not justified since no real playable fairway would be gained. The slope of the land left of the current path is too steep. The work to move the cart path up the hill would be way to expensive. Just replace the current asphalt with new cement cart paths.

This hole punishes good shots now, and these changes would help.

Need more info on costs involved in relocating cart path and associated costs.

27.

this hole needs work

28.

4/23/2008 3:19:00 AM

Their current condition creates a health " safety issue

29.

4/23/2008 4:47:00 AM

This is a MUST !!!

30.

4/23/2008 9:19:00 PM

Number one priority

31.

4/23/2008 10:14:00 PM

Would need to know cost delta of just replacing asphalt versus relocating cart path

32.

4/23/2008 11:10:00 PM

The asphalt cart paths are dangerous in spots in their current condition. They should be replaced as soon as possible. Moving the #13 path would also improve the playability as well as the visual picture.

33.

4/25/2008 2:37:00 PM

cost? piecemeal?

34.

4/25/2008 10:04:00 PM

Unnecessaary cart path relocation.

35.

4/25/2008 10:30:00 PM

could create a hazard - would slow play

36.

4/27/2008 3:49:00 AM

If the cart paths are to be replaced, then this would be the right time to relocate the #13 path.
